Trying to make the snow crawler into an in-game briefing, like before you start a mission you would be briefed of the vehicle you're going to use/capture.

I did a few rendering test on my model so i thought of having fun with it. You can read the descriptions if you want to.

Now i want to animate it, oh god.

And there's a slight error on the leg, i somehow forgot to rearrange the intersecting faces and the polygon was pretty messed up. Fixed!

Very awesome stuff.

Just a lore question though: if one were to take out that Hawk System, would that heavily impair the Crawler's ability to perform, or is it just a convenience rather than a vital function?

I love this design, but I have to say, your guns are ridiculously huge. In terms of current tech, everything 40mm and up is either mortar or artillery shells. And a dual 300mm main cannon? You'd only see those on Navy ships. The recoil would probably knock your walker off its feet.

I don't know how realistic you were trying to be, I'm just trying to help you out.

The vehicle is powerful, but it lacks protection from infantry. Small arm turrets could protect it from enemy personnel who would charge under and plant high explosives on key weak points. At it's current design, it will require an infantry escort if it's to be a truly effective weapon.
